ZOOOK Data Card 21Mbps 3.85G21+ (with Idea SIM card) is quickly recognized when directly connected to USB port of my PC (Windows XP). However, when it is connected to TP-LINK Router TL-MR3420, then the router says that the modem is unknown. The router has the latest firmware installed.
The router's manufacturer does not supply a configuration file for this modem.

This modem can't be connected to a wireless router since it's based on a SIM card. The SIM card connects through 3G data to the carrier's network in order to provide the Internet. The wireless router acquires the Internet through a LAN cable and then it redistributes it through the air. You can't connect to wireless router using this mode. A wireless PCI or USB card is necessary to connect to this modem. You can buy one of these cards in an IT local shop in your area.
